The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a construction technology project for the substructure of the Extension of the seat of the Office for the protection of Competition in Brno. The content of the thesis is the technical report of the building with focus on the selected technological stage, project of the construction site, design of transport routes, usage of the construction machines, alternative technical solutions, design of technological procedures, control and inspection plan, construction budget and construction schedule.

Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the technological project of the multifunctional building DASS in Martin. It is a two-storey building that will serve for the needs of DASS company. The diploma thesis assesses the building as a whole and focuses on selected technological processes. The work consists of the technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations for monolithic reinforced concrete horizontal structures and for vegetation flat roof, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and control-test plans for structures from technological regulations. Furthermore, a time and financial plan is developed. Than staff balance and a schedule of selected technological processes of the main building is processed. At the same time a construction site project, a health and safety plan, a noise study and LEED 2009 CORE & SHELL are prepared for the construction of a multifunctional building. The work is further supplemented by a specialization focused on the analysis of the contribution of green roofs on energy efficiency of buildings.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for an apartment building Residence Lazecká in the city of Olomouc. The content of the work is a technical report on the construction technology project, with the elaboration of the method of implementation of the main technological stages. Furthermore, the project of construction site, its detailed design and changes during construction. Solution of traffic relations around the construction site and the possibility of traffic service. Design of construction machinery, technological regulation and control and test plan for waterproof concrete structures of substructures. And last but not least, an itemized budget and a detailed timetable (gantt chart) for the rough construction of the main building.

The master's thesis deals with determining the influence of investment intro construction alterations on the valuation of a standard family house. Quantifying the cost of investment into the construction budget adjustments and valuation of a standard family house a home's value difference before and after completion of building alterations. Calculated data on the amount of investment and valuation of a standard family house to compare and evaluate in what time period, age structure and in what kind of investment in construction to occur by similar adjustments to the assessment.

It describes the specific features of modularity, its technology and market situation and characterizes other key topics important for understanding the issue. It applies this knowledge in the analytical part, where it compares the costs of the life cycle with the traditional construction approach on the selected object.

Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to clarify the problematics of other costs of the construction budget and to create its own percentage tariffs for survey, geodetic and project work. The methodology used in the numerical part of the thesis was based on existing knowledge. The basis of all calculations were the budgets of civic amenities provided by the municipal authorities. The result of the work are the calculated tariffs of the relevant works and their ratio to the total ancillary and other costs of the construction budget. The work also finds out what are the most common ways of valuing work in the phase of creating an offer from the perspective of suppliers.

Preparing for execution of a construction

In my diploma´s thesis I occupy with selected parts of the technological prepariation of building proceses of administrative and production hall in Holešov. There are detailed follow up the technological rules for ground work and foundation. Furthermore , the technological requirements for reinforced concrate assembled skeleton. My diploma´s thesis also includes the project of the construction site facilities, machinery, construction budget, the technology solution including CTP, the time and financial planning, noise studies, fire safety of the building, evaluation of roof cladding.
